Big Thursday Creative hires Callum Sibley as Business Development Director

BRIGHTON, UK — Big Thursday Creative, a leading independent agency and production house delivering high quality creative solutions for the games business, has announced the hiring of Callum Sibley as Business Development Director.

With over 12 years of experience in the creative and entertainment sector, Callum was previously Head of Games at Realtime, and has also worked with high-profile brands including Electronic Arts, NetherRealm, and Wizards of the Coast.

Big Thursday Creative appoints industry veteran Danielle Fellows as Head of Operations

Big Thursday Creative is pleased to announce the appointment of Danielle Fellows as Head of Operations. In this key leadership position, Danielle will oversee studio operations, including production and account management, as well as joining the executive leadership group for business planning and company strategy.

Dan Porter, Co-founder and Executive Director of Big Thursday Creative, said: “As our first hire, Danielle has already played a pivotal role in driving the rapid growth of the studio. As Head of Operations, Danielle will help accelerate our expansion in the months and years to come.”

Danielle joined Big Thursday Creative when the company was established just over 18 months ago as Senior Production Manager. Her decade-long games career includes roles as a producer for Tomb Raider Reloaded for video game developer Emerald City Games, and working on IP including PUBG, Elder Scrolls Legends, Mortal Kombat 10 And 11, Injustice 2 and Minecraft Earth for Atomhawk Design, where she also helped establish their first Canadian studio.

Since launch just over 18 months ago, Big Thursday Creative has expanded to 14 people and built a prestigious portfolio of clients including Electronic Arts, Hi-Rez Studios, Team 17, Thunderful, Natural Motion, THQ Nordic and Mediatonic. The team has produced work for globally recognised IP including Need for Speed Unbound, Fall Guys, Way of the Hunter, Jurassic World: Aftermath, Realm Royale Reforged, PC Building Simulator 2, and more.
